2015-10-23 12:01:30

During the 9th meeting the former chairman of the WAEH, Mr. Kees Sol, CFO of the Rotterdam Eye Hospital, has received the inaugural SOL Innovation Award for his contributions to the WAEH since it’s establishment. Mr. Sol has always had an eye on innovation. The focus of the Rotterdam Eye Hospital and especially from Mr. Sol is not just to learn from peers like general hospitals or eye hospitals, but also from other industries, like the traveling industry or the offshore industry.
Each year the award will be given to one or more WAEH-members to support projects of cooperation between WAEH members focusing on improving developing new products and services that improve patient outcomes.
