WAEH new president: Ms Charity Wai

Ms Charity Wai is Chief Operating Officer of the Singapore National Eye Centre. She has a Communications degree from Nanyang University, 1978 and a Postgraduate Certificate, International Health Management from University of Birmingham, 1998.
Ms Charity Wai is the new President of the World Association of Eye Hospitals (WAEH) per January 2015. Her specific interests are in Service Quality improvement and Process Improvement.
